Really enjoyed my pleasant stay on vacation. The hotel was close enough to the main parkway, the National Park thrown in, and Sevierville, Tennessee thanks to its amazing and fantastic location. Had lunch/dinner at Texas Roadhouse, which I found at a medium distance from the property. My room was large & newly decorated and overlooked the mountain. The bed was great and the bathroom here was large.

Spent our time here really good. The view of the mountains was particularly nice and our room was extremely spacious and updated. Pleasant staff, they helped us a lot.

Had a real good stay for our family vacation and would stay there again. The hotel was located so close to see snow in both places as well as outlet shopping and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and helpful with requests.

Everything is very convenient here, had a really great stay with customer service. Updated modern rooms, they are provided with comfortable bed and mountain view, as for instance.

Everything here was very convenient and my room was extremely spacious. The staff were very courteous and pleasant all of the time. The setting of hotel was marvellous, in the Pigeon Forge area. Further, it was near various activities.

Every member of the staff was pleasant. Liked reasonably spacious and updated room in the drawer, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Its location is stunning & fantastic, really close to all attractions, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and an outlet mall for shopping. Also, it's located 4 miles from Dinosaur Walk Museum.

We walked everywhere, the location was great, on the main parkway. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Quaker Steak & Lube. The room was spacious and with very nice kitchen, comfortable beds, the balcony.

Got the same reasonably spacious and updated room with a spa tube booked online, liked that. The staff were exceptional and consistently courteous and the location was favourable close to local attractions. In the restaurant they served German cuisine dishes.

Really enjoyed every detail about my very comfortable 2 nights stay here. The food was delicious with a great selection of alternatives. The staff I encountered were consistently courteous and very pleasant. The hotel was in a beautiful location near to activities in Pigeon Forge, the Wyndham Smoky Mountains, and Dollywood, lots of restaurants, Tanger Outlets, and Cades Cove.

Spotless and recently refurbished rooms for 8 which was a 3 bedroom. All in all stunning location, near to an alley as well as the shops, restaurants, and activities. Also, close enough to the National Park to be convenient.

Everything was very convenient, favourable location so close to Close to main attractions, and great restaurants, excellent experience. I was offered a room with particularly nice views of the mountains. I greatly enjoyed a large bathroom. It offered superb service and delicious food too.
